What is Global product?

      Global product can be recognized by the purple tag displaying the word “GLOBAL” in front of the product name.

 

How long does a Global product take for delivery?

     The expected delivery time for Global product is between 7- 21 days. 

        *The expected delivery time may differ if the parcel is held by the Thai Customs.
        (During Chinese New Year Holiday and Chinese National Day in October, the expected delivery time will be 15-45 days)

     Global product with ‘Fast Delivery’ label is expected to be delivered between 2-5 days.

 

How does a Global seller deliver the parcel?

     Global seller may decide to deliver the parcel through a public carrier or a private carrier such as Korea Post, China Post, Singapore Post, Kerry, LWE, Ninja Van etc.

     In case a Global seller uses the public carrier to deliver your parcel, such as Thai Post, the carrier may contact you to pick the parcel up by yourself.   

     To track your order status, please check through JD CENTRAL application and go to Account > My Orders. 

 

Payments

      All methods of payments. However, COD is available for some shops only.

      Some products are subject to charge import duty. In which case, the customer is responsible for such import duty unless there is a clear state in the product description that the import duty is the seller's responsibility.  

      In case a Global product price exceeds 1,500 THB, such product may be subject to charge import duty. In which case, the customer is responsible for such import duty unless there is a clear state in the product description that the import duty is the seller's responsibility.  

 

Order Cancellation

     If you would like to cancel your order, please submit a request to cancel your order through "My Orders" on JD CENTRAL application. Then, the seller will review your request and either approve or reject your request. 

     However, in case a seller has already allocated your order from their warehouse, your request will be rejected in all circumstances. 

 

After-sales Services

      All Global sellers reserve the right to reject any after-sales applications to Return for Refund due to change mind reasoning.

      All Global sellers reserve the right to reject any after-sales applications to Return for Refund under Fashion Category with the reasoning relating to the size of the product such as the wrong size. 

 

Others

     All Global sellers are unable to issue tax invoices under any circumstances.
