Can I change delivery address, phone number after placing order?

·         After your order has been placed, we apologize that we are unable to change your address and/or phone number.

·         We advise you to re-place an order with new delivery address/phone number, or you may contact JD Central customer service center for further assistant at or online chat on website. We will try our best to get back to you as soon as we can.

·         In case that we (and our logistics partners) cannot contact you after 5 day-delivery attempts, the order will be cancelled automatically and prepaid order will be refunded accordingly.
