About Global Products

What are Global products?


●      Global products can be recognized by the purple tag displaying the word “GLOBAL” in from of the product name


How long will it takes a Global product to be deliver?


●     The expected delivery time for Global products is between 7- 21 days *The expected delivery time may differ if the parcel is being hold by the Thai Customs
        (During Chinese New Year Holiday and Chinese National Day in October, the expected delivery time will be 15-45 days)


●     Global products with ‘Fast Delivery’ label are expected to be deliver between 2-5 days.


How will the Global Sellers deliver the parcel?


●     Global Seller may decide to deliver the parcel through public logistics or private logistics such as Korea Post, China Post, Singapore Post, Kerry, LWE, Ninja Van etc.


●     In case where the Global Seller uses public logistics to delivery your parcel, Thai Post may contact you to pick-up the parcel by yourself.

Payments


●      Global Sellers accept all methods of payments, except COD


●      Some products may be subjected to Thai Import Duty Tax. In which, the customer shall be responsible in such Importation Tax, unless the Global Seller of such product clearly stated in the product description that such Importation Tax will be responsible by such Global Seller.  


●      In case where the Global product price exceeded 1,500 THB, such product may be subjected to Thai Import Duty Tax. In which, the customer shall be responsible to such Importation Tax, unless the Global Seller of such product clearly stated in the product description that such Importation Tax will be responsible by such Global Seller.

Order Cancellation


●     If you would like to cancel your order, please go to submit the request to cancel your order under ‘My Orders’ in your JDC account. Then, the Seller will review your request to cancel your order, and either approves or deny your request. However, in case where the Global Seller has already allocated your order parcel from their warehouse to the delivery service, your request will be rejected in all circumstances. The rejection is due to the inconvenience that the Global Seller cannot retrieves such parcel back from the delivery service.


After-sales Services


●      Global Sellers reserve the right to deny any After-Sales applications to Return for Refund, or Exchange due to change mind reasoning.


●      Global Sellers reserve the right to deny any After-Sales applications to Return for Refund, or Exchange of all products under Fashion Category with the reasoning relating to the size of the product such as wrong sizing. 


Others

●     Global Sellers cannot issue any receipts or tax invoices under any circumstances.
