What if I need to contact the seller after placing an order?

1.    Sign in to and click on ‘My Orders’ at the top navigation panel.

2.    Under each order, you can see the seller name on the right, click on the Contact Icon to start the chat with the seller.



3.    The orange icon indicates that the seller is currently not online, and the red icon indicates that the seller is online.

4.    Click on the ‘Contact’ icon to initiate the chat.

5.    Now you can chat with the seller. Even if the seller is offline, you can still leave them messages, and they will get back to you as soon as they are online.
