Can I change delivery address, phone number after placing order?

·         After your order has been placed, we apologize that we are unable to change your address and/or phone number.

·         We advise you to re-place an order with new delivery address/phone number, or you may contact JD Central customer service center for further assistant at cs@jd.co.th or online chat on website. We will try our best to get back to you as soon as we can.

·         In case that we (and our logistics partners) cannot contact you after 5 day-delivery attempts, the order will be cancelled automatically and prepaid order will be refunded accordingly.
